Here are some answers to frequently asked questions you might have.

How does the payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Until that is made, the time slot is available for anyone to book! The remaining 50% of payment is due no later than 3 days prior to your picnic event. You may also choose to pay for the picnic in one instalment.

What if I break something?

We are all humans being and we are understand that an accident can happened! Please, let us know if yes and we will discuss it further. Small fee may apply.

How does the booking work?

We will have everything set up and ready for your arrival at your chosen time and location. We’ll be there waiting with your picnic until you arrive keeping birds away or making sure nobody else decides to take it.

Once you arrive, we will leave you to enjoy. After you’re finished relaxing, we come at the agreed time to pack up and clean everything for you! Leaving you to walk away and enjoy the rest of your day or evening!

What is included with the picnic?

All of our picnics include delivery (distant locations extra), set up, styling, a grazing platter of your choice, beverage, pack up and cleaning. We have a certain decoration style for each size of picnic, which can be completed with add-ons of your choice.

What if I am running late?

While we’re here to make your day easier and help you create beautiful memories, we ask that you respect our time and arrive at the agreed time. We may have other bookings we need to get to, and if you’re late it affects our whole schedule.

We also want your picnic as fresh as possible and if you arrive an hour late, we cannot guarantee the food will still be at it’s best! Please let us know as soon as you know you are delayed.

30 minutes behind the schedule is tolerated!

Please also note that your picnic time starts from the originally agreed time, whether you are late or not.

What if we want to use your picnic setup for longer?

Yes, we are happy to allow you to use the setting for a longer period if availability permits (e.g. if there are no other bookings the same day). We do charge a little extra of $30 for each additional hour. Different fee for overnight hire. However, this must be arranged with us in advance. Please contact us for more information.

What if the picnic location is outside of Vancouver?

We love to travel a bit further! For more information please contact us! Additional fee may apply.

Do I need a permit for my picnic?

That depends on the location, number of people, and possibly other factors. Our suggested locations do not require a permit. If the permit is required, please contact the city!

What if the weather is not good on the day of the picnic?

Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control specially in Vancouver, BC. We always recommend have inside option available as well. While rare, we sometimes have to move locations or change dates due to bad weather.

Our preference is to move the event inside your home. Our styled picnics will still look beautiful indoors. We will always try to accommodate last-minute location changes.

We can reschedule the picnic without penalty up to 72 hours before your picnic event.

Do you offer alcohol?

No, we do not serve alcohol. Only complimentary sparkling water is provided.

Can I cancel my picnic?

Unfortunately, we are not providing a refund back if you decided to cancel. However, we can definitely reschedule your picnic 72 hours before your picnic event.
